NEW STUFF:

The Late Show starring Joan Rivers, her talk show on Fox from 1987, guests: Susan Blakely, Roy Orbinson singing Pretty Woman, Grace Jones, and film critic Rex Reed. Starts during Joan’s monologue so it’s missing the opening. Contains commercials including a trailer for the movie Mannequin, a Bruce Willis commercial, Palmolive with Madge the manicurist, etc. 57 minutes.

Mr. Merlin (2 episodes): “A Moment in Camelot” episode from November 18, 1981. Not perfect, but viewable. Has a slightly snowy/grainy picture. A couple glitches here and there. Picture blacks out for about 10 seconds during program. Contains commercials including the Keebler Elf, and a promo for Thursday night’s line-up of Magnum, P.I., Knots Landing and Nurse. No end credits.
The Two Faces of Zac from Nov. 11, 1981, missing opening title credits with theme song. Commercials were edited out. Not perfect, but viewable. Has a slightly snowy/grainy picture.

Fantasy Island originally broadcast on 3-8-1980. It starts about a minute before the show begins so there is a news brief, then the show starts. There is a commercial sponsor bumper brought to you by Ralston Purina.  Contains commercials but no final end credits, so its missing the credits..Urghh!!!

ABC Theatre of the Month: The Elephant Man
with the original broadway stars. A taped version of the stage play about a hideously deformed 19th-century London man and how he managed to triumph over his disease. Aired Jan. 4, 1982 Recorded on VHS during the original broadcast contains original commercials. Not perfect, but viewable. Has a slightly snowy/grainy picture.

The Ronald Reagan All Star Inaugural Party. no commercials--cut them out. 45 min.

The Mike Douglas Show with co-host Donna Pescow from Angie but it is not the whole show--just the first 15 minutes. Begins with Mike Douglas singing, he introduces co-host Donna Pescow, they chat, she shows her miniature carousal. Next, a puppeteer performs a skit with marionettes. It has what appears to be some local commercials.

Night of 100 Stars- It is the first one from 1982. Unfortunately, no commercials. They were edited out. Every time a commercial would begin, it would abruptly cut off and return to the program. No end credits. The running time is approximately 2 hours 30 min. Nice picture, though.

Star Trek:  2 reruns of Star Trek recorded in 1981 with '80's commercials left in. Recorded from WFLD Chicago channel 32
One episode is “The City on the Edge of Forever.“ There is a promo for Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew. McDonald’s, Downy, Empire Carpets (588-2300), Twix, Clearasil, Burger King, Joy, etc.

Mr. and Mrs. Dracula, an unsold pilot from 1980 starring Dick Shawn. Reminds me of the Munsters in color. Shot on videotape. I don't think it actually aired. This appears to be a copy from the master tape.
